# The Terms of Our Shared Journey

Engaging the services of Tuareg Luxury Camp constitutes a formal acceptance of the following terms. We advise all explorers to review these clauses carefully before finalizing their Saharan commitment.

Comprehensive Financial Terms

• The Commitment Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% to 30% is required to trigger the reservation of your private 4×4 vehicle, expert driver, and luxury suite. During peak Saharan seasons (Dec 20 – Jan 5), this may increase to 40% due to high demand.
• Currency & Exchange: Quotes are issued in Euros (€). If you choose to settle the balance in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), the mid-market exchange rate of the day will be applied. Tuareg Luxury Camp is not responsible for international bank-side transaction fees.
• Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be cleared at the commencement of your tour. Failure to settle the balance grants us the right to cancel the remaining itinerary without a refund of the initial deposit.

Operational Stewardship & Safety

• The Force Majeure Clause: The Sahara is a dynamic landscape. We are not liable for delays or itinerary changes caused by sandstorms, flash floods in the Gorges, or government-mandated travel restrictions. In such cases, we prioritize your safety and provide equivalent alternatives.
• Guest Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any individual whose behavior is deemed abusive toward our nomadic staff, disrespectful to Moroccan Islamic customs, or harmful to the fragile desert ecosystem.
• Illegal Substances: Morocco maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal narcotics. Any violation will result in immediate tour termination and notification of the local authorities.
